USPC (USPC) operates a referral network connecting consumers with independent pest control service providers. We are not a pest control company and do not perform pest control services directly. All services are performed by independent contractors/providers.
Users agree to provide accurate information when requesting services. Users are responsible for verifying that any hired contractor holds the necessary licenses and insurance required for the work being performed.
USPC provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed by network providers. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
USPC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or services provided by network contractors. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to USPC.
All service providers in the USPC network are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
